AUTO BIOGRAPHY -CAROLINA PEREZ-VILLANUEVA

Ever since I was a little girl I have had a passion for horticulture. I recall working in the garden with my father every weekend. We would work for hours in the garden and then drink our sodas on the patio as we admired the beauty that came about through our hard work. These memories I will always cherish. When I was 17 years old I had obtained my first job. Unlike many of my friends who were saving up for their first car, I had different aspirations. After many months of saving money, I purchased my first greenhouse. I continued to practice my passion throughout college but I never thought of it as a career. After graduating with my Bachelors degree in Human Resources-Business Administration from UNLV, I obtained a job in the employment center for the up and coming CityCenter. It was an experience that I will never forget. After the hiring for CityCenter was done I had to transition to a different job. Since my education was in HR I had plans to stay in the department. Apparently, destiny had a different plan for me. I had the opportunity to be the assistant to the director of horticulture at CityCenter. Although my mind had told me stay in the career path I had chosen, my heart and gut was advising me differently. I worked for the horticulture department for three years. Within those years I was able to return to college and obtain a degree in Urban Horticulture from the College of Southern Nevada.  After my employment with CityCenter I ventured in Arboriculture industry. I had the opportunity to work in the sales department for First Choice Tree Service. I was mentored by some of the best arborists in the city. I learned first hand about tree installation, pruning, tree risk management and diagnosis and treatment. Through this employment I had obtained my arborist certification from the International Society of Arboriculture (WE-10244A). Now as a business owner I hope to continue to enrich people’s lives by enhancing their outdoor living spaces.

BIO- Ray Gonzalez

*Operating Manager

Ray has over 20 year of experience in the landscape industry. He has worked as a lead for many large landscapers in the valley. He has a great amount of knowledge in irrigation, installation, and lawn maintenance. He is very detailed oriented and he takes great pride in all of his work.

Our personnel has been elected by their experience and their great attitudes. They have been trained to provide effective and excellent service on which you depend on. Ultimately, we want to exceed your expectations because you are our number one priority.

Our team is made up of a number of skilled and knowledgeable horticulturists. We take pride in our work, placing our full attention on our clients and their satisfaction. Many have come to appreciate the consistency and reliability of the America's Horticulture team. It is not our aim to serve our clients, it is simply our pleasure.
